Shipping Time
We process most orders within 1-5 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding legal holidays. Items that say “Please allow 2 weeks for shipment” mean that the whole order will be held to ship as one. Within the U.S. please allow 1-5 more days after the initial 1-5 business days for our freight company to deliver the item to you.
We ship most of our orders via USPS, but we may also ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the point of shipment. If you have not seen the email, please check your spam box. If you set up an account, you can log back into your account to will see the tracking number and how your order was shipped.
We currently do not offer “rush” shipments.
All normal stock items ship from our location in Circleville, Ohio.
There are times when an item is in high demand and may take extra time to expedite. Please be sure to sign in to your account to find out the status of your order.
Any custom items require additional time to make and will ship in the time posted on that particular item. The average time for custom items is anywhere from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the item. Please refer to the item description for the exact time.
Shipping Cost
The cost of your shipment depends on the amount of product you order and where you live. The prices figured on our site are pulled directly from the USPS server and figured according to size, weight and destination.
